PEOPLE WHO ARE EDUCATED AND HEALTHY ARE THE BIGGEST RESOURCE IN ANY COUNTRY. ESPECIALLY NOW. PAYING CASH UP FRONT TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF HEALTHY EDUCATED PEOPLE IS LIKE BUYING DOLLARS FOR NICKELS.
